- مدة الشحن 24 ساعة إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب المدينة.
- لتوصيل الشحنة إلى مقرك فضلا التواصل مع سمسا والتأكيد على عنوان التوصيل بعد 11م.
- فور جهوز الشحنة للتسليم ستصلك رسالة من سمسا موضحاً فيها الفرع المتواجدة فيه أو معلومات التواصل مع مندوب التسليم.
- نحن في المتجر التكتيكي ليست لدينا أي تحكم على الشحنات بعد تسليمها لمندوب الشحن ولا نتحكم في التأخير أو التعجيل بها.
